Channel Sales Executive
Job Purpose:
|

- Develop the channels including both consumer and enterprise products
- Maintain a strong relationship with resellers and develop new customers to achieve sales growth
- Implement all the channel marketing The job holder has to work closely with the channels and the external agencies so as to ensure the business goals and marketing/communications activities are compelling and consistent across all the channels and within South East Asia
- Monitor the market changes and adjust the marketing plan accordingly in order to remain competitive within the changing market

Main Responsibilities: |
|
- Work closely with Asia-Pacific/South East Asia segment marketing, product marketing and partner marketing to ensure the overall marketing plan is appropriate, adequate and effective and to be in line with the overall business strategy for South East Asia and the customers/partners requirements.
- Understand the market dynamics, sales priorities and the most effective marketing techniques which can help passing the messages to reach the appropriate audiences.
- Plan and execute direct and partner marketing activities so as to generate demand and enable the SEA partner's marketing teams to achieve their full potential.
- Oversee the channel marketing expenses & activities in conjunction with the channel marketing personnel to ensure the resources are allocated in line with the business strategy.
- Work closely with the Corporate Communications department to increase the brand awareness of Kaspersky Lab in South East Asia.
- Create compelling channel programs to push/pull product sales to achieve business plan goals
- Implement and monitor the partner programs.
- Enhance the distributors and partners' knowledge on the competitive products by planning and running channel training programs so as to drive the demand for the company's product.
- Contact the potential customers for the enterprise products and work closely with the channels to close the deals
- Any ad hoc assignment as per Channel Sales Director

Job Requirements: |
|
- Minimum 4 years or above relevant experience, IT related industries or MNC experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Journalism/Communications/Business Administration
- Experience in channel marketing planning, brand building and public relations is highly preferable
- Knowledge in market data analysis tools
- Experience in managing and/or working with outside PR, advertising and marketing agencies

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
